About Us

How we started:

Dryer Dryer LLC was founded by Owner David Sherman in 2024. 

After years of working as a corprate R&D food scientist in Boston and lookig for a change from flouresent lights and Zoom meetings, I moved myself back to my hometown of Yarmouthport to start fresh. I always loved working with my hands and wanted to do somthing that would make a positive impact on the community I grew up in. With my parents being local chimney sweeps on Cape for over 30 Years, they saw a huge gap in professional dryer vent cleaning locally.  With most companies that offer the service coming from far off Cape, being big franchises and lacking professional training I saw a great oppertunity to fill the gap with a local professional company that townies can count on. 

I started Dryer Dryer with the core principles of:

Safety, Code Compliance & Efficiency  

Certification was step one!

Making sure that the work I do for the members of my community meets the values I set fouth for my company was paramount. Gaining knowledge about propper cleaning processes, equipment, and local building code was they only way I would difrentiate myself from my competitors and enssure myself in the quality of my work. I persued the CDET certification (Certified Dryer Exahust Technitian) for my dryer vent services and eventually obtained my Certified Ducts credentials for HVAC cleaning.
