Yes, we serve all of Mashpee. If your community has a gate or a guest list, just tell David how access works when you book.
My condo vent goes out through the roof. Does that cost extra?
No. The cleaning is $199 no matter how long the vent is or where it exits. If something needs repair, you'll get a quote to approve before any work starts.
Does Mashpee's rental inspection require a dryer vent cleaning?
The town's published short-term rental rules don't specifically mention dryer vents. A cleaning is still a smart part of getting a rental ready, and the report gives you a record of it.
