Dryer Vents:
On site Inspection/ Report: $49
Our thorough inspection is the first step to any of our services. A certified dryer exhaust tech will evaluate your complete venting system from dryer to termination. At the end of the inspection you will be provided with a detailed report outlining any findings and service recommendations.
If a service is recommended after the inspection, the inspection fee will be applied to any services that can be completed in the same visit. If an additional visit needs to be scheduled to complete future work, the inspection fee will remain independent of the service fee.
Level 1 Cleaning: $199
If a cleaning is due and both the dryer and venting system is fully accessible.
Level 2 Cleaning: $249
If a dryer requires special equipment to access it.
Examples: stack unit, pushed into a linen closet, venting runs through crawlspace, ceiling or closed wall, termination hood on roof or requires ladder to access
System redesigns/ Efficiency Improvements: $ Time and Material
Any service other than standard cleanings will be billed as time and material. Exact quotes are given before any work is started.
Air Ducts:
Inspections/Quotes: $49
A full visual inspection of the venting system inside and out is necessary to give an accurate quote as well as prepare our technicians for an efficient cleaning plan.
