Dryer Vents:

On-site Inspection & Report: $49, Our thorough inspection is the first step for all our services. A Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (C-DET) will evaluate your entire venting system, from the dryer to the termination point. At the end of the inspection, you will receive a detailed report outlining our findings and service recommendations.

If a service is recommended, the inspection fee will be applied to any work completed during the same visit. If an additional visit is required to complete future work, the inspection fee remains independent of the service fee.

Dryer Vent Cleaning: $199 This flat rate includes the inspection fee, cleaning of the dryer internals, and a full cleaning of the venting system. You will receive a digital report containing airflow metrics and before-and-after photos.

System Redesigns & Efficiency Improvements: Time and Materials Any service other than a standard cleaning will be billed as time and materials. Exact quotes are always provided and approved before any work begins.

Air Ducts:

Inspections/Quotes: $49

A full visual inspection of the venting system inside and out is necessary to give an accurate quote as well as prepare our technicians for an efficient cleaning plan.
