When three or more nearby homes book back-to-back dryer vent cleanings on the same day, each home pays $149 instead of the regular $199. That's our Safe Neighbor discount. Safe Neighbor: $149 each for three or more nearby homes

Lint fires don't care about property lines, and on a lot of Cape streets the houses are close together. So the more neighbors who get their vents cleaned, the better for everybody. Here's how to set it up:

Get your group together. You plus two or more neighbors within a mile of your home. Three homes is the minimum.
Book the same day, back-to-back. All the appointments go one after another on the same day.
Each home pays $149 instead of $199.

Bigger groups work the same way: four or more homes are still $149 each. Everyone can pay separately, or the group can be billed together, whichever is easier for you.

Every home gets the full cleaning: the inspection, cleaning inside the dryer, a full cleaning of the vent, and a digital report with airflow numbers and before-and-after photos. Each household gets its own report.

Discounts can't be combined. Safe Neighbor can't be stacked with any other discount or promotion.

Fall Sale (time-limited): 10% off cleanings through October 31, 2026 when you mention the ad. It can't be combined with Safe Neighbor or any other discount, so each home gets one or the other.

If you manage rentals or second homes, or you've got a closing coming up, you need the work done and the paperwork to show for it. Every service comes with a full digital report at no extra cost, with airflow numbers and photos you can keep for your records or pass to an owner. I'm fully insured for residential and commercial work, and I'm a Certified Dryer Exhaust Technician (C-DET).

For rentals with heavy summer turnover, I recommend a cleaning before the season starts and again after it ends.
