How much does dryer vent cleaning cost on Cape Cod?

Dryer vent cleaning with Dryer Dryer LLC costs a $199 flat rate anywhere we serve on Cape Cod. That one price covers the inspection, cleaning the inside of your dryer, a full cleaning of the vent from the dryer to where it ends outside, and a digital report with airflow numbers and before-and-after photos. If you just want an inspection, it's $49, and that $49 is credited toward any work we do on the same visit.

What the $199 flat rate includes

• Inspection of the whole system, from the back of the dryer to the termination outside.

• Cleaning inside the dryer, where lint that slips past the lint screen collects.

• A full cleaning of the vent run, start to finish.

• A digital report with airflow measurements and before-and-after photos, so you can see what came out and how the air moves now.

There's no "basic" versus "premium" clean. Airflow testing, the report and the photos are part of every cleaning.

Same price no matter where your vent ends

The $199 is a fixed rate regardless of the length or complexity of the system. Plenty of houses here on Cape have vents that run a long way, go out through the roof, or end under a deck. Same flat rate, with no extra charge for a long, roof or hard-to-reach vent.

How the $49 inspection works

Some folks want a look first, maybe after buying a house or when the dryer's acting up. The $49 on-site inspection covers a look at the whole venting system and a report with what I found and what I'd recommend.

• If you go ahead with work on the same visit, the $49 is applied to it. An inspection plus a cleaning that same day is $199 total, not $248.

• If the work needs a separate visit (for example, parts have to be ordered), the inspection fee stands on its own and isn't credited to the later visit.

What costs extra (and how it's priced)

Cleaning is flat-rate. Anything beyond a standard cleaning, like re-routing a vent, replacing crushed or non-code duct, or a new install, is billed as time and materials. I give you an exact quote and you approve it before any of that work starts. Every system is different, so I can't quote that kind of work until I've seen it in person.

Ways to save

• Safe Neighbor discount: when you and two or more neighbors (three or more nearby homes) book back-to-back appointments on the same day, each home pays $149 instead of $199. See Group Discounts.

• Discounts can't be combined. You get one discount per cleaning.

Fall Sale (time-limited): 10% off cleanings through October 31, 2026. Just mention the ad when you book. This can't be combined with the Safe Neighbor discount or any other discount.

Where this price applies

The $199 flat rate applies everywhere we serve, all 15 Cape Cod towns, from our office in Yarmouth Port. In Bourne, that means the Cape side of the canal: Bourne village, Sagamore, Monument Beach, Pocasset, Cataumet and Gray Gables. I don't cover Buzzards Bay, Bournedale or Sagamore Beach.
